Light fittings type BRR

REMAT BRR LIGHT FITTINGS have been design-ed and developed to be used in any controlled environment, where access to the fitting from above the controlled area is preferred. They have been installed in many diff erent indus-tries, such as pharmaceutical, biotechnological, electronic, food, screen printing and many more.

The BRR is a recessed, airtight light fitting and is accessible from the technical void above the controlled area, thus reducing the potential risk of contamination within the controlled area. The light weight access tray is easily lifted away once the retaining screws have been removed, giving full access to the tubes and electrical con-nections.

fitting from above is too restricted, e.g. non accessible technical void or non walk-on ceiling. They have been installed in many diff erent industries, such as pharmaceutical, biotechnological, electronic, food, screen printing and many more.

The BRF is a recessed type light fi tting and is accessible from within the controlled area only. When opening the frame, (which includes the toughened glass) it will be retained in place by springs on one side of the housing. This makes it possible to carry out the maintenance by one technician, and therefore reduces the risks of contamination, disturbances on the work floor and the cost of maintenance.

Door model JG

The inflatable seal door ‘JG’ is designed to obtain no leakages, and thus suitable for fumigation processes or critical airlock situations. This door ensures a perfect tightness and maintains barrier  integrity in high containment applications where air leakage is not accepted, such as research laboratories, bio-safety level for BSL 3 to BSL 4, pharmaceutical or medical clean rooms. Door leaf thickness 60mm flush both sides with door frame. Air proof assembly by means of welded door leaf and door frame corners. Integral 4 pieces door frame. Functional solution without the need for a floor threshold. Finish in lacquered steel or stainless steel. Available in a range of sizes or to suit specific requirements.

Door model ER

The reinforced air tight door ‘ER’ is designed to obtain a minimum leakage rate and thus suitable for fumigation processes or critical air lock situations. This hermetic door ensures an excellent tightness and maintains a barrier integrity in high containment applications where air leakage is not accepted, such as research laboratories, bio-safety level for BSL 2 to BSL 3, pharmaceutical or medical clean rooms. Door leaf thickness 60mm flush both sides with door frame. Leaf and frame  with welded corners. Integral 4 pieces door frame. Finish in lacquered steel  or stainless steel. Available in a range of sizes  to suit specific requirements. Sound proof and heat insulator - rock wool core M0 (density 100 kg/m3).

Monobloc Pass Box – ER Reinforced Airtightness

Flush Door thickness 60 mm with door handle – Pass box in stainless steel or epoxy steel sheet. Assembling with airtight welding. Closing system by electromagnet (300 DaN – 300 kgs).

Monobloc Pass Trolley – SB Clean room Trolley Hatches

Pass trolley equipped with flush glazing doors cut down significantly on traffic and contamination by providing a better, safer way to transfer equipment. With no protruding or recessed areas that promote bacterial growth.

The hygienic trolley hatch come complete with mechanical interlock or electronical interlock system to help you in the reduction of cross contamination and pressure loss whilst passing product between your clean and dirty areas.

Monobloc Pass Trolley – Range JG - Decontamination Airlock

Disinfection pass trolley - Bio-decontamination chamber

Our concept is using a device with high level air-tight that propels the liquid of decontamination as a fog, thus ensuring uniform and rapid action on all the surfaces of the premises to be treated.

The fumigation is an integrated through the wall transfer device for material transfers between different classifications (bio-confinement, ISO classes).
